Who is in charge of the initial configuration and formation?
In Hebergest we will provide you everything you need to get started. From the initial configuration to have your business get started to the initial formation to know what to do and how to work with our systems.
What payment methods can I integrate?
Our platform will let you configure the following payment methods: Wire transfer, Credit Card used as a guarantee and a Virtual Payment Gateway.
Can I integrate a Virtual Payment Gateway into my engine?
We will take care of the gateway installation into your booking engine. You only have to request it to your bank and grant us the information they give you to complete the installation.
I have multiple lodgings, can I use the same system of Hebergest or install one per lodge?
The Management System on Hebergest lets you register as many lodges as you have under the same Management System.
Under what devices can I use the Cloud Application?
The Cloud application is currently compatible with Apple and Android devices.
Can I install the Booking Engine on my website if it's a CMS like Joomla, WordPress, etc.?
Yes. In case you have any incident our IT team will help you to make it to look correctly.
